Terms of Use User shall not copy, modify or distribute to others, in whole or in any part, Poll Architect ('the Program') and/or code from the Program in any form, nor shall User engage in any reverse engineering or other use, copying or analysis of the Program or code which is intended or would enable User to create competing products or services embodying any of the processes or innovations contained in the Program. User acknowledges that the Program contains trade secrets and that any use, copying, distribution or disclosure could cause serious irreparable harm to the Licensors for which money damages would be inadequate. User may not use foul, profane, pornographic, or offensive language in polls, nor send harassing (including sexually harassing) polls or messages. User may not attempt to utilize the program to send unsolicited commercial offers, or use the program to violate any laws. User may not attempt to undermine the integrity of the polling system, and must immediately report any security loopholes that he/she notices to security@aandmproductions.com. The Licensors bear no responsibility for the content of polls or messages sent through the Program, nor responsibility for any damages incurred while using the Program. Any violation of the above terms may result in revocation of User account.
